Our family has lived in the 3rd district's Observatory Village neighborhood for more than 10 years. Our two kids went to our neighborhood schools - Zach Elementary, Kinard Middle School, and Fossil Ridge High School. My wife Jen is a speech-language pathologist at Poudre Valley Hospital.

• Member of the Poudre River Library District Board of Trustees for 2+ years

• Volunteer at the Food Bank for Larimer County

• "Band Dad" for the 3-time defending state champion Fossil Ridge Marching Band

• Assistant baseball coach

I have worked in local government doing budget, strategic planning, process improvement and performance measurement for more than 20 years, including with Larimer County for the past 10+ years.

Education

I have an Undergraduate Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Master's Degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
